Club Visioning
District 6400 recently trained 13 Club Visioning Facilitators. These facilitators spent hours
with a professional club visioning trainer to learn the skills necessary to offer club visioning
events to clubs in our district. Our Club Visioning Facilitators are prepared to offer a
unique and highly relevant service to our clubs. Our Visioning Chair, PDG Jim Ives, will deploy
a team of facilitators at the request of a motivated and prepared club.

Last night (3-05-09) we held our first official Club Visioning Session in District 6400 with the Northville Rotary Club.

It was an outstanding event that provided a club Vision in the year 2014 for the club. 16 Northville club members volunteered their time to work through this process intended to strengthen the club by developing a vision for the club to help in their strategic planning process.
District 6400 supplied 4 Vision Facilitators: Vision Chairman Jim Ives, PDG Jennifer Jones, DGNN Michael Duben, and PE Donna Schmidt. This process is available for any club in the District that would like to help strengthen the activity and direction of the club. If interested in having this process facilitated in your club, please contact Jim Ives.

Rotary Club Vision Facilitation

Before a club or an organization begins a strategic planning process it needs to have a clear VISION of where they want to be and who they want to be in the future. More than 60 Rotary Districts internationally now have trained facilitators to lead a group of Rotarians from individual clubs in a vision facilitation process resulting in operational continuity, consistency, and consensus.
