The Rotary Club of Windsor-Walkerville

The president of the Rotary Club of Windsor-Walkerville for 2011-2012 is Alynn Anglin. Alynn is a financial advisor and has been a Rotarian for 7 years. The Windsor-Walkerville Club - District 6400’s newest Rotary Club -  meets Wednesdays at 5:30pm at the Gourmet Emporium in Windsor. They currently have approximately 27 members. This club is working on some ideas for both community and international projects. They recently held a new fundraiser - a “corporate Christmas party” event where small businesses were encouraged to come together to hold their staff holiday celebrations. Need to do a make-up? Come on out to Windsor-Walkerville Rotary!

Funeral services will be held on Saturday February 11, 2012 at Most Blessed Sacrament Catherdral in Detroit Michgan. Family hour begins at 11am, funeral service will begin at 12p.

Celebrate 50th Interact Anniversary
We celebrated Interact's 50th Anniversary.
Our club purchased new shirts that the students will wear to all of their Interact activities throughout the year commemorating the anniversary.
Since the Interact students raised money for World Polio Day Derek Locke let the members decide what to do with his grown out hair in order to create more awareness about Polio. Image Salon owner and Rotarian, Devin Maloney and her daughter hair stylist, Jillian Maloney got to work!
