Plymouth Rotary Club - Chicken BBQ

The 53rd Annual Plymouth Rotary Club's Chicken BBQ Event happened on Sunday September13th. It is the largest volunteer fund raiser in Rotary District 6400!
Over 500 volunteers plus all 115 Plymouth Rotarians worked hard to serve over 12,000 chicken dinners. This gigantic fund raiser is a part of the Plymouth Fall Festival.

The vast majority of the volunteers are high school students from the Plymouth Canton School System plus many of their teachers. They shucked thousands of corn, prepared & filled thousands of boxes,
prepped thousands of chicken with special spices and helped with the BBQ in two very long HOT BBQ pits. There were other Rotarians helping as well.

Plymouth Rotarians were feverishly helping and supervising all phases of the fund raising operation.

Also Cheryl and District Governor Neil McBeth worked everywhere and longer that any other District 6400 Governor & spouse who attended this BBQ!

THIS FUND RAISER IS TRULY A GRAND COMMUNITY SPECTACULAR EVENT!!!!
