Canton Installation Luncheon

Youth Exchange Student Minjae Jeong joined the Canton Rotarians for their annual installation ceremony on July 7th.  The great soprano Jill Karolyi led all in the US & Canadian Anthems.  Invocation was given. Somehow Lisa Kennedy was paying off PDG Ed Schulz for something.  After a veal parmesan luncheon, Sue Kowalski started the program.  Their a few fines handed out by the fine master.  ADG Wayne Titus won the chance to lose at the 50-50 drawing. Minjae brought in plenty of South Korea souvenirs for all to help themselves.  She thanked the Canton Rotarians for a wonderful year as an Exchange Student. After Central States Summer Session, she will be returning to home.

Sue Kowalski gave an excellent summary of all the various activities and projects in 2007-08.  Then PDG Ed Schulz had the honor of inducting President Ken Beardsley and the 08-0 Board. President Ken mentioned a few priorities for this Make Dreams Real Rotary Year. 

Then the great photographer Jim Karolyi arranged for a group photo with Minjae Jeong in the center.
