Plymouth Rotary Club - Holiday Concert

A capacity crowd of Rotarians, Kiwanians, Guests and Interact Students were entertained by the very talented Plymouth - Canton Educational Park STUDENTS of the Music Department. They sang and played songs of the Holiday Season. The 30 person Orchestra was conducted by Catherine De Pentu. The 75 person Choruses was conducted by Jennifer Kopp. The students were hosted by Plymouth - Canton School Superindentent Jim Ryan and Past Presidnet Bill Ventola to a luncheon prior to their performances. The Interact Students helped with the set up of pizza and sodas.

These talented people performed in a very outstanding manner. It is easy to unterstand that this is one of the favorite programs of the year!!

Also, John Warner came forward to make a special presentation to Dan Smith who made a contribution to the Walter Panse Fellowship program of the Plymouth Rotary Foundation. Dan's contribution to the Plymouth Rotary Foundation will be set aside for programs that are generated by and benefit the local area. John Warner, on behalf of the Foundation, and John Folino, on behalf of the club, presented Dan with a glass plaque recognizing him as a Walter Panse Fellow. His name will also be added to the plaque which hangs in the Cultural Center.
