Plymouth Noon Rotary Club - 4 Way Test Essay Contest

The Plymouth Noon Rotary Club celebrated their 10th Annual Awards Luncheon for their 4-Way Test Essay Contest. This is a tremendous program that involves 6thm 7th and 8th students along with their teachers from SEVEN schools in the Plymouth and Canton Communities. This year 339 essays were submitted.  Three teams of Rotarians read and judged each essay very carefully. There were many students, parents in attendance.

After a quick meal, Pledge of Allegiance and invocation plus a very special "Rotary Shares Recognition" by DG Jennifer to Rotarian Tom Kennedy, President John Folino introduced the Master of Ceremonies Dr. M. David Campbell.  Dr. Campbell has been the valiant leader for this project for the past ten years.  He asked Frank Ruggirello, Jr., Director of Plymouth Canton Community Schools Community Relations to say a some congratulatory words to the students and parents who were present at the event.

Then following students were recognized by President John Folino for their 4-Way Test Essays:  Oliva Turfe, Rachel Hughesdon, Suraj Mahadeva, Sarah Robinson, Jamie Aneshansel, Mark Adler, Trevor Skopczynski, Angela Sun, Monica Mackie, Amanda Beyer, Kinari Shah,Colin Cummings, Joe Cywinski, Katie Grimes, Brett Mizzi, Zachary Cohen, Chloe Luyet, Jordan Sutton, Brad Bocketti, Jessica Montgomery, Chloe Baumgartner, Melissa Neal, Lakshmi Nerusu, Shannon Fitzpatrick, Rachel Johnston, Alyssa Smith, Rachel Falzon, Erica Patton, Emma Barterian, Eliza Burnstein and Alyssa Downs.

At the conclusion of this great meeting, Rachel Falzon and Colin Cummings read their essays to the audience.
