55th Annual - Meet The Governor Night

Over 300 Rotarians and guests converged in Harrow to witness the 55th Meet The Governor Night. It was held in a brand new facility in the outskirts of the city.  CoChairs Jill Marontate and Ginger Pollard along with all the Harrow Rotarians hosted this event that features the passing of the District Governorship from Jennifer Jones to Bruce Goldsen. There was a tremendous amount of very lively fellowship.  PRID Bill Ives and Debbie Juchartz lead the very enthusiastic singing by all Rotarians.

Jill Marontate introduced DG Jennifer. With very mixed emotion she gave her Good Bye Speech. PRID Bill gave her the Past District Governor Pin and a special recognition plaque. Here First Man Nick gave his 2008-09 official RI tie for a donation of $2,000 by a fellow Rotarian to the Rotary Foundation. ADG Mark Murray, with extreme enthusiasm introduced DGE Bruce Goldsen to thunderous applause. He gave his fist official speech as DG Bruce.  Then DG Jennifer pinned the District Governor Pin on DG Bruce.

Harrow Rotarians and Honourary Meet the Governor Chairman Chuck Webster thank everyone for attending and wishes DG Bruce a terrific Rotary Year as we MAKE DREAMS REAL!
