DGNN Kim Towar's Party

Unique Celebration!
A high energy, exciting event took place at the Roostertail Restaurant on Friday, March 14. More than 100 people attended a 'special' birthday party with Grosse Pointe Rotary and DGNN Kim-possible Towar. The extraordinary event planner, Brandi Towar-Keating knew exactly what was near and dear to Kim's heart - the final push to eradicate polio.

So instead of gifts, party-goers made individual donations, participated in a champagne toast and a 50/50 raffle, which raised more than $6,000. PDG Bob Gallagher offered a heart-felt Polio eradication plea to the party-goers. The night was nothing short of amazing... A martini bar, scrumptious appetizers, fabulous dinner, a live band and so much more.

A special thanks to all the district Rotarians, friends and family, who made this the best celebration ever! And huge kudos to Brandi.
