Dental Clinic - Pedro San Sula Honduras Here are many smiling Hondurans - smiling for the first time in years. This is because Dentist John Kecskes & Marty and Sharon Brooks shared their talents to help over 350 patients with dental care. Marty is a dental technician who donated hundreds of artificial teeth for the dental appliances. They were joined by a Honduran dentist and by a dental technician and a special dental assistant. The team worked very hard Monday thru Friday - 8 AM to 6 PM. Everyone's reward was to create many very happy smiles. This is due to new dental appliances that filled their mouths with teeth. The Dental Clinic was in a poor area of San Pedro Sula - about 15 km from the hotel headquarters. It is sponsored in part by the very active Rotary Club Valle de Sula! Some photos shows the local environment. The team spent over $2,000 of dental supplies just for these needy people. This team wants to return to Honduras to do more service above self.
