HONOR AND COMFORT Fund Raiser Special Benefit Dinner for Troops in Iraq and Afghanistan - Operation Quiet Comfort and Michigan Military Moms. A capacity crowd of Honor & Comfort supporters filled the Crystal Gardens Banquet Center for this Benefit Dinner & Auction. Chuck Gaidica, Director of Meteorology - WDIV was the special host. Keynote Speakers were Todd Creutz and Major John Blackstone, US Army Medical Corp. Many active and retired duty soldiers were initially recognized. Twenty-two Rotary Clubs actively supported this spectacular event! The Trenton Rotary Club Foundation is controlling the financail contributions and disbursements. The silent auction items surrounded the hall. There was very active bids on all the items. PRID Mike and PDG Larry held a live auction for many fantastic packages of goodies of all kinds!
